How to pick a keyword?

There are only 2 types of word that you cannot purchase:

1) Brand names and Trademarks

2) Words that describe illegal activities

Apart from these 2 minor restrictions, you can choose whatever you like!

======================================================

There are 2 clear strategies,

1) Buy to promote a particular website.

or

2) Buy to make money from other peoples ads.

======================================================

** Buy to promote a particular website. **

To advertise your business on Million Dollar Engine.com, you must buy a keyword that describes the website you want to promote.

For example, if your business is selling candles, don’t buy the word car. Instead buy the word candle or candles. But being more creative, why not buy the word “buy”? The word “buy” is used far more than the word candle and anyone searching using the word “buy” will see your shop.

Obviously if you purchase the word “buy” and someone searches on “candles as gifts”, your shop won’t appear, so you need to think carefully to find the best word.

** Buy to make money from other peoples ads. **

This strategy is so much easier to think about. As you are not targetting a particular website, you can buy whatever word you like. Purchase the word “buy” and anybody that searches on the word “buy” (i.e. “buy cars”, “buy house”) and then clicks on an ad will earn YOU money!

Similarly if you buy the word “money”, you cover all these searches:

make money
money making business
make money online
make money quickly
make money programs
etc. etc. etc.

======================================================

Lots to think about I know, but you have 3 days before launch to decide which word to buy.

======================================================

There is one very very good reason to get in early.

Let’s assume you buy the word “candle” and someone else buys the word “buy”.

Now let’s assume that someone searches on “buy candle”, who gets the money?

Answer: The person that bought first. So, if the person who purchased “buy” bought before you purchased “candle”, they get the cash!

Get in first and you control far more!
